There are many ways to customize all of our semi-custom invitation suites to make your wedding invitations uniquely yours. You have a choice of print process, paper, ink and envelope colors used, sizes, and add-ons.
With fully custom suites, we can work with all of the options listed below to create the one-of-a-kind wedding suite that you desire.
Letterpress pieces begin as digital designs, which are sent to film as a negative and then exposed to a plate. The plate is then pressed to individual sheets of paper. The text and design appears indented into the paper. The heavy impressions into luxurious cotton paper make result in a piece that is crisp and sharp. This is the most luxurious printing method, making your invitations exquisite and timeless.
The process includes a heated die stamped onto foil, which adheres to the surface of the paper and leaves the design of the die behind. The printed designs appear to have a metallic and shiny look. Foil shine looks fabulous on wedding invitations!
This follows a similar printing process to foil, but the enhanced raised foil raises your invitations to a whole new level.
Classic and affordable. When a piece of stationery is printed, resin is sprinkled on the wet ink and exposed to heat. The resin and ink fuse together, raising the lettering in an effect that's similar to engraving for a fraction of the cost. The text and design on thermography printed invitations appears raised off of the paper.
Digital printing, also known is flat printing, is the most basic printing method. It can be paired with any of the other printing methods and offers the widest selection of colors.
Printing on acrylic and vinyl requires a very special print process called UV Printing, a form of digital printing that uses ultra-violet lights to dry or cure ink as it is printed. These clear boards and translucent stocks create a modern and elegant tough to your invitations.
